We respond to refund requests within 3 business days.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may issue refunds for accidental charges, duplicate payments, or service access issues.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your account to avoid future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If you believe a charge is fraudulent, contact us first so we can resolve the issue quickly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
